Responsibilities

• UX Design: Contribute to UX design delivered as low fidelity wireframes.
• UI Concepts and Prototypes: Create best-in-class UIs and visual prototypes.
• Logos, Branding, and Guidelines: Craft logos and brand identity for projects, creating comprehensive brand guidelines.
• User Testing and Interviews: Design and host user testing sessions, including interview question design, hosting, and report preparation.
• Experience Design Workshops: Translate product strategies into world-class user experiences and visual interfaces.
• Product Architecture Workshops: Dive deeper into product details and revisit UX design for development-ready products.
• Design Systems: Create and manage design systems at company and project levels.
• Product Scale and Improvement: Consult on design improvements based on usability data and user feedback post-launch.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across multiple platforms (submission of a portfolio link is mandatory).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with user research, persona creation, and usability testing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly in tech startups or digital agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver delightful user experiences and polished visual designs.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team using Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with data-driven design and the ability to incorporate user feedback into designs.
