Responsibilities

  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide sales support.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze market trends and competitive products.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance and customer feedback to gather insights that inform product development.
  • Product Demonstrations: Perform product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to prospective clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
  • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • RFP/RFI Responses: Contribute to responses for RFPs, RFIs, and other documentation needed in the sales cycle.
  • Product Feedback: Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams to develop new products or enhance existing ones.
  • Business Case Development: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and product strategies.
  • Team Training: Train team members and other departments on product details and updates.
  • Project Management Tools: Utilize project management tools like Jira, Trello, and Asana to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Infuse creativity into campaigns to produce engaging content for online platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that amplify our brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst in a pre-sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the product life cycle, go-to-market strategies, and product development process.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to people from other fields.
  • Experience in preparation and response for RFPs and RFIs.
  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of organization and detail orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of software like MS Office, CRM, data visualization, and analytics tools.
